Cleanliness contributes to health and there is a saying that if you want to get the best out of your whole life, you cannot afford to neglect any part of your body. This is so true. Sleep is not just a period of rest as many know it to be. It is actually a complicated process of muscles tensing and relaxing, pulse and blood pressuring rising and falling and the mind churning out its own home movies. We can't do without sleep. Sleep is an absolute must. Sadly though, daily activities coupled with stress and tension of modern life is robbing many of the sleep their bodies need.
