Sleep is not just a period of rest as many know it to be. It is actually a complicated process of muscles tensing and relaxing, pulse and blood pressuring rising and falling and the mind churning out its own home movies. We can’t do without sleep. Sleep is an absolute must. Sadly though, daily activities coupled with stress and tension of modern life is robbing many of the sleep their bodies need. All he’s asking you to do is cast that fear, burden, pains, troubles, and whatever it is that is weighing you down on him and he will do the rest. God cares about you! He values you. He sees and knows all that you are going through. And when you allow him to take over your cares, be sure to enjoy a peaceful and satisfying life!
